Latest project home-brew rotary dipole 20 meter successful, and today keep in different location at my home QTH, 32 feets from sea-level.
Having QSO with VK8JM on 9th December 2009, received VK8JM, RS 59 +20dB and he received my RS 59, and working with Yaesu FT-450, and 60 watts. QSO at QTR 14.37 hrs till 14.56 hrs GMT. And WX at my place heavy rain that time..
I'll make another home-brew rotary dipole from another fishing rod soon, and keep at my OM place, may be this weekend. I try to do 15 and 20 meter band, hoping success.
And after that, next home-brew project, pedestrian HF vertical antenna, this antenna just for fun, This project also using fishing rod.
